Creative House Properties

Creative House Properties Website Recovery, Migration & SEO Setup

Project Overview

Creative House Properties required assistance with taking control of an existing website, moving it to a new hosting environment and restoring the site so it could operate under the client’s ownership and management. Webspace Design & Marketing assisted with the full process, from establishing control of the domain through to migrating the website, restoring its content and implementing the basic SEO foundations required for search visibility. The objective was straightforward: give the client full control of their website and create a stable platform that could support the continued growth of the Creative House Properties brand.

Creative House Properties Website

The Challenge

The website and domain required technical intervention before any further marketing or website development could take place.

The client needed assistance with:

  • Claiming ownership and control of the domain
  • Moving the website to a new hosting provider
  • Re-establishing the website under the new hosting account
  • Reloading and organising the existing website content
  • Checking that key pages and website functions were working correctly
  • Implementing basic on-page SEO
  • Creating a stronger foundation for future website and search marketing work

Without control of the domain and hosting environment, the client had limited ability to manage, update or develop the website.

Domain Ownership and Control

Our first priority was assisting Creative House Properties with establishing control of the domain. Domain ownership is one of the most important parts of managing a business website. Businesses should have clear access to their domain registration, DNS records, hosting and website administration. We assisted with the process required to place control of the domain with the client, helping create a clearer and more secure website setup. This gave Creative House Properties greater control over one of its core digital assets.

Website Hosting Migration

Once the domain situation had been addressed, we migrated the website to a new hosting environment. The migration process involved transferring the website infrastructure and configuring the domain so that the site could operate from the new hosting account. Particular attention was given to ensuring that the transition maintained the existing website structure wherever possible and that visitors could continue accessing the site correctly. Moving the website also gave the client a hosting environment where future updates, technical changes and website development could be managed more effectively.

Website Content Restoration

Following the migration, we reloaded the existing website content and rebuilt the key pages required by the business. Creative House Properties provides a range of residential property and home-related services, including:

The content needed to clearly communicate these individual services while maintaining a consistent brand message across the website. We structured the website so that each major service could have its own dedicated page rather than relying on a single general services page. This gives visitors clearer information and provides a stronger structure for future search engine visibility.

Basic SEO Setup

As part of the project, Webspace Design & Marketing implemented the basic SEO foundations across the website. This included reviewing and improving key page elements such as:

  • SEO page titles
  • Meta descriptions
  • Page headings
  • Service-specific page targeting
  • Website content structure
  • Internal page relevance
  • Search-friendly service descriptions

Each primary service page was given a clear SEO focus so search engines can better understand what Creative House Properties offers. For example, dedicated pages were created around services such as Airbnb Rental Management, Long Term Rental Management, Home Renovations and Decor, and Buying and Selling Premium Residential Property. Rather than attempting to rank one page for every service, the website now has a clearer structure that can be developed further as additional content and SEO work are completed.

The Result

Creative House Properties now has greater control over its online presence.

The business has:

  • Control of its domain
  • A new hosting environment
  • A restored and operational website
  • Clearly structured service pages
  • SEO titles and meta descriptions across key pages
  • A foundation for future SEO and content development

The project also reduced the client’s dependence on the previous website setup and placed the business in a better position to manage and grow its digital presence.

Why Website Ownership Matters

This project highlights an issue that many businesses only discover when they need to make changes to their website.

Your company should know who controls:

  • Your domain registration
  • Your hosting account
  • Your DNS
  • Your WordPress administration
  • Your website backups
  • Your business email configuration
  • Your analytics and search accounts

Losing access to any of these can make moving, rebuilding or marketing a website far more difficult. Webspace Design & Marketing assists businesses with website migrations, domain and hosting transitions, WordPress website development and SEO setup. If you need to recover control of an existing website, move to a new hosting provider or rebuild your online presence, contact Webspace Design & Marketing to discuss the project.
